Outreach Materials

When making / editing outreach materials, keep in mind the guidelines listed on the Outreach Material Guidelines page.

Please, please, upload the editable version of your files in addition to the final export!!!
(Or link to the Canva project if you are designing with Canva. Please ask for the shared Canva account if you need one)
Having the source file allows future volunteers to edit, re-export at higher quality, re-format or otherwise reuse your design and allows it to be much easier to use in the future! Please give us the editable files!

Mesh Guide v2:

The mesh guide is a flyer explaining the basic idea of the mesh, offering helpful and important information for new members.
It is intended to be given to members when their install is completed and can be kept as a helpful record. (It contains a place to write down their WiFi and Mesh member information)

There are multiple versions of the guide:
Rooftop Version (PDF File) - For mesh installs with an Omni + LBE on the roof, which are most buildings on the Mesh.
Fiber Version WIP(PDF File)- For buildings connected with Fiber to the Home (Grand Street, Olmsted, Belmont Cove, Prospect Heights)
Building Version WIP - Buildings fully connected by NYC Mesh, often in partnership with the management company. Using Unifi In-Wall or other managed access point deployment.

These materials are old. They may contain out of date information, incorrect install fees and other issues. Please don't print or distribute these without updating them to current standards.
They are kept here for reference or future use as templates for new materials.
