Planning the Install (Install Guide - Part 1)
This guide follows the full path of an install, from when the member submits panoramas and we have confirmed they can connect.
Step 1 here follows the process to schedule the install and configure the equipment.

Scheduling the Install:
Installs are scheduled in the #install-team channel.
A volunteer will pick up the install in the channel and reach out to the member to coordinate a time when they are both available for the install. This can be done either with OSTicket or via SMS with the member.
Once a time when both the volunteer and new member are available, this is posted as a reply to the original #install-team thread. This allows other volunteers the opportunity to join on the install or follow along.
If the install gets cancelled for any reason, it's important to post in the channel and preferably DM or @ the other volunteers to ensure that everyone is aware. The install can be rescheduled or re-posted in the channel for another volunteer if needed.
Collecting and configuring the equipment:
The post in #install-team should outline the equipment needed for the specific install. This may be just an Omni, and Omni + SXT or an Omni + Litebeam. (Typical mesh setups are explained in Typical Installs)
After collecting the equipment from #mesh-room or another volunteer, you will need to configure the equipment.
If this is the first install for this building (aka you're connecting a new building) you'll need to take the install number and generate a NN for the install.
If there's already an install at the building (or a building next door to which you'll run a cable) this isn't required.
